Interaction guide & hints

To help the users to discover all the ways in which they can interact with FoamTree, you can use the CarrotSearchFoamTree.hints utility. It will show contextual suggestions on how to browse the data (desktop only) and also a guide to all possible interactions and keyboard bindings.

To show the contextual hints, hover over the groups. To see the guide, click the info button or press ?.

What's in the code?

• Including the carrotsearch.foamtree.hints.css stylesheet with default CSS for the interaction hints and guide boxes.
• Including and initialization of the hints using CarrotSearchFoamTree.hints.
